Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the V-tools website ("https://www.v-tools.fr/") and the services offered by Venture Inc., a company registered in France under number 924-985-781. By accessing and using the site, the user unconditionally accepts these terms.
Definitions
User: Any individual or legal entity using the site.
Service: The set of features and automated tools offered by Venture Inc. to optimize sales and resale activities on Vinted.
Subscription: Service paid for by the User to access the features of V-tools.
Access to the Service
Access to the Service is reserved for registered users. Registration is open to any adult individual or legal entity. The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Use of the Service
The user agrees to use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws. It is prohibited to use the Service to:
Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
Violate the intellectual property rights of Venture Inc. or third parties.
Attempt to compromise the integrity of the site or services (e.g., hacking, spamming).
Sublet their account to a third party. Any subletting of accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
User Responsibilities
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. They agree to notify Venture Inc. immediately in case of unauthorized use of their account.
Responsibilities of Venture Inc.
Venture Inc. is committed to providing quality service and ensuring, as far as possible, the availability and security of the site. However, Venture Inc. cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions, data losses, or any other damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Venture Inc. and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. The logos and images of registered trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of the site's elements, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Venture Inc.
Protection of Personal Data
Venture Inc. is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected is used exclusively for the management of the Service and is not sold or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.
Price and Payment
The prices of subscriptions are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method accepted on the site.
Delivery or Provision of the Service
The subscription is accessible immediately after payment validation.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the subscription date. However, this right does not apply to subscriptions whose execution has started with the customer's express prior agreement.
Modification of the Terms
Venture Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or via a notification on the site. Continued use of the Service after modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of these changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the Terms or the use of the Service, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of PRIVAS.
